Overview: Alba House is a beautiful detached Victorian villa built around 1860 and set in large, landscaped grounds with many mature trees and ample seating areas.
The bedrooms, all en suite, are individually designed with comfort in mind. Each of the spacious bedrooms has retained its Victorian proportions and has either one double bed or twin beds. All bedrooms have been refurbished over the last 6 months. Private parking is available for all guests.
Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace, the Scottish Parliament, the Festival Theatre, the Playhouse Theatre and the Edinburgh International Conference Centre are all close by.

Suite - Our new family suite is ideal for a family group or two couples, having two double bedrooms. It also has a full kitchen, dining room, bathroom and sitting room with French doors leading to a very secluded, well-established garden.

City Centre Apartment - This city centre apartment is located in the heart of Edinburgh’s old town, 500 metres from the Royal Mile. this third floor modern apartment is the perfect location for a city break. It has 2 double bedrooms with king-size luxury beds, and the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. It also has a family bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen and a living/dining area.
The apartment block has a video-entry system, a lift and allocated secure parking.
