Excellent facilities, very modern, clean and high quality room. Only problem was the television reception, which was not good, and it was difficult to find channels, which could have been tuned in more rationally. Otherwise a really good find.

Hotel was clean, efficient and modern. It was easy to find and although I checked in at about 11:30pm, staff were pleasent and well organised. Breakfast was a little greasy but fine. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to stay in central Birmingham. The train station is 10 mins walk away. The is closeby parking which was full on my visit, but I was directed to another car park 5 minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend.

it would be nice if the hotel would open up some standart port on their wireless internet connection, so people can connect via VPN to their company network.

With a central location (10min walk to city centre) this hotel offers great value for money, the superior twin room was spacious and of modern design , very clean and all together a very nice environment to stay in, The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and although it's a large facility the staff were very friendly and accomodating. The only negative thought about the stay could be that after a long journey and arriving mid afternoon, the hotel bar will not be open for that relaxing drink, due to it being listed as a conference centre and not a hotel it has licence restrictions. I would definately recommend a stay here.

Took alot of finding and the receptionist was useless at directions.

The staff were very helpful and fulfilled every request I made for example to book taxis, order breakfast early and store my luggage while I was at the conference. The only trouble I had was that my radiator was on full blast in the room and I couldn't figure out how to turn it down and similarly the light and fan in the bathroom were constantly on and there appeared to be no switch, I couldn't work out how to turn that off either (However, I must admit I did not ask the staff as it was late).
