| | A very warm and friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. Staff were very welcoming and inviting and the food was sensational. I recommend the Duck in Cherry Sauce to anyone going there, as a must and its all-great value for money. Me and my partner had a perfect night there and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. Five Stars |

| | Got it for 35 and it was excellent value for money! Would not be happy if i had paid 95 for the room though (standard rate). |

| | The hotel is a bit tired around the edges - in need of a refurb . I only had breakfast which was nothing special . If they spent a bit of money on this place it could be great . |

| | Was extremely happy with our stay, mainly due to the amazing value for money (only when booked through late rooms). Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the feature rooms which were nice but would have been disapointed if we had had to pay full price as bathroom facilities were in need of repare! |

| | The room was, for a single, spacious enough, very clean, and very warm, I had to turn down the radiator, I found that the window was stuck and could not open it, the staff were very courteous and helpful and to be fair, there was not a lot they could do at about 10PM, all in all, I would have no hesitation staying at the Cross Hands again. |
