Description: This superb residence combines comfort and relaxation and is superbly located just 200m from the ramparts and the centre of Uzès.
Built in a traditional provençal architectural style and in warm earth tones, the residence comprises 60 apartments all of which are perfectly fitted out and spread over three floors. The residence has an indoor heated swimming pool (11 x 6m, pool is open from May/June until the end of September weather permitting) with French windows, access to the solarium, and which open out onto enclosed gardens full of plants native to the south.
Each apartment has an air conditioned lounge area with satellite TV (with a supplement), a kitchen equipped with fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hobs, a microwave grill, a bathroom with heated towel rail, a toilet, and a balcony or terrace with garden furniture.
At your disposal there is also a reception, a laundry room, internet access, lift, secure access to the residence and an underground car park.

In case of late arrival (after 20h), please contact the residence.
On arrival you have to pay a deposit of 260 € (Visa, Euro Card, cheque) for your apartment. It will be returned to you 15 days after your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages and additional cleaning. A city tax is payable on arrival.
