A702 or A720, head for City Centre East, Leith, then Princes Street East. Hotel at top of Leith Walk, near Picardy Place roundabout.
CAR PARKING
The hotel is located opposite the Playhouse Theatre. Guest car parking is located within Greenside NCP Multi-storey Car Park, located on Leith Street. Exit the car park on foot towards the Omni Centre and Playhouse Theatre. Cross over Leith Walk using the pedestrian crossing and the hotel entrance is adjacent to Hertz Rent a Car. Please note that there is only limited car parking at the hotel. For assistance required guests (must be orange badge holders or similar) and parking is on a first come, first served basis. From Union Street or Broughton Street, turn on to Broughton Street Lane (back lane). The hotel car park is located along the lane.
HOTEL ENTRANCE
The hotel entrance can only be accessed by car via the West End of Picardy Place. The car parking outside the hotel is for permit holders only.

Location Description: This hotel has a fantastic location just a few minutes wlk from Princes Street and opposite the Playhouse (cinema/bars/reastaurants). A great central location. Joghn Lewis is just a 1 minute walk for the Shopoholics!
Exterior: This is a traditional building with a facade fitting in nicely with the historic surroundings.
Lobby: Medium in size, there is a reception area, a small seating area in an alcove and the bar to one side.
Rooms: All rooms are in very good condition and are medium in size. Decorated and equipped to the high standards expected of an international chain, all rooms are modern and decorated in warm colours. Bathrooms are also in very good condition and are modern. Triple rooms consist of a double bed plus a sofa bed so are not ideally suited for 3 adults. (although a couple plus one adult is possible).
Dining: The breakfast room is located on the 2nd floor and is bright and spacious.
