I have stayed in many hotels internationally. This hotel, is without doubt, one of the most refreshing. It is well situated for shopping, the film museum ,Alhambre Theatre, and train station. I stayed with my teenage daughter and we both appreciated the ambiance. The staff is young, friendly, eager to please, and even better, well trained. The included breakfast was delicious, hot and cold plates. I wish there was a hotel like this closer to Vancouver, so we could stay more often!

Filthy weekend weatherwise so didn't bother going out in search of somewhere to eat. How fortunate was that. Hotel food was superb. All staff very friendly and welcoming. The Maitre D was very very helpful with all advice he gave with regard to eating in the hotel and possibility of any extensive delays in service.
