disappointmentBooked late and was given twins instead of singles. Using Late Rooms was given as the excuse. Had to pay £15 for internet access for 24 hours which is the highest price I have ever had to pay fo an ad-hoc connection. Very slow check out with limited staff at peek check out time in the morning. Not helped by housekeeping using the lifts at peek times so it took a long time getting to reception

Clean and had individual heating in the rooms. The mattress was worn out. It was so thin. Also did not know that I had already paid and they tried to charge me again. The hotel is clean. The mattresses could be replaced as they are very thin and sink in the middle. Very close to restaurants and clubs. Nice gathering place in the lobby. Would stay there again if the need arises.

This was a basic hotel, bath room tiles need to be cleaned, brown marks in tile grout, in bath / show area. Staff were friendly and helpful, pricing fair.

My company has used hotel for several stays over last 4 weeks in April-May 2007. Each group has reported no hot water and generally poor accomodations. Management seems to be surprised each time there is no hot water--""we did not know"".
