Very friendly staff. The bushes out of parking lot blocked view a bit. It was very nice and the people were very accommodating. Leaving the parking lot and trying to take a left onto a four lane road was difficult due to bushes that needed to be trimmed back.

Hotel was exceptionally clean and beds were very ncomfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good hot breakfast. Easy acess to I-81. Will stay here any time I am in the area

Excellent customer service, the front desk called to check on me the very first night to see if I needed anything. Excellent housekeeping services. Superior customer service, very clean, staff was professional, courteous, and personable.

We spent 5 nights here in the Fall. What stands out the most about this hotel s the friendliness of the staff. They really work hard at showing guests great hospitality. You can find cheaper rooms around but this place is definately worth the extra $10-$15 to pamper yourself. It's comfortable, quiet, secure and clean; Oh, and the breakfast is great served by the kindest hostess. Stay here, you won't regret it.

Everything. Nothing. Great location all amenities available onsite. Excellent accommodations, bed was extremely comfortable, friendly a tentative staff, if I could rate my experience higher than a 10 I would.

I was so glad I decided to stay at the Holiday Inn . I had read other reviews and new it had recently been renovated and the staff was great. I thought noting of the comments until I stayed at the hotel. The staff toke a pride in their jobs. I was traveling wilth a college tennis team. They got in late and Miss J was willing to extend the breakfast for them. She made sure they had enough food and some took food to others who slept in. The are great people at this holtel.

Our hotel room was very clean and comfortable. All food at the breakfast area was delicious. Can not think of anything I did not like. Kudos to all employees! They were all so friendly and helpful. They even looked for ways to assist though no help had been requested. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable.

Room amenities, and room set up was excellent. Location of hotel seemed crowded to other building. The folks behind the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We will certainly recommend others we know to the Holiday Inn Express in Abingdon.

I can't say enough about the staff. They are the best I've seen in years! The views from the hotel were not very good even though the location was great. Super friendly and guest oriented hotel! They aim to please and they do. Would definitely stay here again as well as recommend to others. Oh, I almost forgot the best free breakfast I've had at a hotel in years!

The staff was excellent, beds comfortable and rooms were clean. NA. This Holiday Inn Express is the best managed of any I've stayed at. The staff could not be more helpful and the complimentary breakfast was superior to that of much more expensive hotels.

Bed linen was great. Smoke alarm battery died and I had to remove it. Very good quality and excellent rooms.

The staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and very adequate. It was sometimes difficult to make a left turn from the parking lot. I would highly recommend it as a good place to stay.
