Excellent very high quality hotel - well situated on the KarntnerRing, only 2 minutes from the Opera House and main shopping street. Rooms are very good - we were offered room upgrade when we arrived at a small extra charge. Bar is good and bar food excellent. The main restaurant was exceptional and whilst quite expensive was well worth it. Staff were VERY attentive and eficient. Opera tickets even for the large perfromances on the day - were obtainable here even when "sold out" at the venue - impressive indeed. Highly recommended - really first class hotel. I have no negatives at all with this hotel.

Felt like Royalty, treated like Royalty. This was my first trip to Vienna, of which I had an old fashioned romantic notion of. This hotel lived up to that notion in every respect. It was truely wonderful to be surrounded by such quality and beauty, accompanied by very polite friendly and efficient staff. A trip to remember and worth every penny!
