Transportation: There is a local bus service -buses 23, 27, 8 from Princes Street- on your doorstep which will take you all around Scotland's famous capital. We are 15 minutes' walk from the centre of Edinburgh, 20 minutes walk from Waverley central railway station and the bus station. The airport is a 30 minute drive away.

Car Parking: All day midweek £4.30 free at weekends.

Comments: The staff and proprietors, will make you extremely welcome should you come to visit. The Inverleith has a friendly family atmosphere with a licensed residents' bar - where hotel residents may sample a good selection of malt whiskies, wines, spirits, bottled and canned beers.

The Royal Yacht Britannia can be accessed easily by using the City Tour Bus, which can be picked up close to the hotel. This is a hop-on/hop-off tour and is an excellent way of getting around the city, also bringing you back to the hotel conveniently.

Family/Triple Room Ensuite - Lovely rich colours and stylish furnishing in comfortable en suite room with bath and shower. Over courtyard. Comfortable triple en suite room with complimentary full Scottish vegetarian or continental breakfast.

Central Apartment (Sleeps 4 to 6 People) - This elegant Georgian town house provides free wireless broadband for guests with their own laptop computer. This spacious accommodation is in lovely surroundings with traditional and stylish decor and furnishings. Views to rear are over gardens and to the front over the city.

The rate includes VAT, all towels, linen, heating and electricity. The apartment is fully equipped on an unserviced basis. The apartment has a spacious lounge and dining area, fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with shower and bath.

There is a family room with one single and one double bed - a double bedroom and a full size double sofa bed in the spacious lounge area.
This is a self catering non serviced apartment - breakfast is not included in the rate. Only Guests staying at the Inverleith hotel have breakfast included in the rate.

 nice quiet hotel near botanic gardens. A variety of eating facilities nearby to choose from. Staff were friendly and food was of good standard. Room had great shower and was very clena. Decor a bit old fasioned but fine. Would stay again and recommend to friends.
