Centrally located, clean and modern, and with 3 elevators, you never had to wait. The Buffet Breakfast for 10 pounds (5 for kids) was well worth it. My only complaint was lack of good information on parking a car. Would definately stay there again.

Excellent room, high standard. Welcome after a long trip......... Self-service breakfast that was excellent. Had a room on the 5th floor at the back of the hotel, the generators tend to be a bit noisy.

Suggest you ask for a "quiet" room at back of hotel as rooms at front of hotel are noisy due to coach/bus stop/taxi permanently outside with engines running and beeping horns

Maybe we got them on a bad day. Very abrupt at check in. Missed breakfast delivery in morning but refused to compensate. Rooms OK but we expected much better for the price.

We found Jury's hotel Belfast perfectly fine, very handy for the centre of town, either shopping or eating and drinking. The hotel itself was very nice, the staff friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast had a varied choice. The rooms were comfortable and clean and we enjoyed our stay there.

The location of the hotel is quite central and 30 minutes by taxi from Belfast International. The cleanliness is of the hotel is of an expected standard. The customer service of the hotel staff leaves a lot to be desired! We were left standing for around 10 mins on both arrival and departure. On arrival there was a discrepancy of the room rate which I pointed out. But nothing was to be done about this until I checked out as no manager was available. Obviously I was slightly concerned about this during my stay. On the matter of the hotel being family friendly: although, there were no children in our party, we did hear of one family who were told there children would have to leave the bar at 8pm on New Years Eve. The family concerned had checked before booking if the children would be able to spend New Year's Eve with them and they were told this wouldn't be a problem. To then be told they couldnt spend New Years Eve with there children is absolutley outrageous. We never tried ther food in the restaurant but the bar food was ok at a reasonable price. I did have a look at the restaurant menu and 12 for Steak Pie is aboslutley ridiculous! The room I had requested was a smoking room, however there was no ash tray and the window did't open. Not what I would call a smoking room. The rooms were slightly expensive for what you got and I would much rather stay in a Travelodge, better value for money and better service. Use this hotel as a last resort!!

We stayed in the hotel for New Years Eve. The hotel was buzzing because it is a large hotel that is located right in the centre of Belfast. Shops 2mins away bars clubs in restaurants footsteps away. The room was a spacious clean and tidy. We had dinner in the bar and it was absolutely delicious. Very reasonably priced and large portions. I would definately stay in the hotel again and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a night in Belfast

My only moan was that the room was far to hot for comfort.
