Although the staff were friendly and the hotel room we had was very clean, the hotel advertised itself as having off street parking, which they had but this was limited to two spaces which were both occupied when we arrived. We therefore had to park a considerable distance away on another street. When we enquired if more parking on site was available we were told that it was required to book a parking space. This was not mentioned in their advert or indeed on the late rooms web site. The quality of the food which was served as the cooked breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Our trip to Scotland didn't fit in with the Guest House's Check-In and Check-Out times, but the owners were highly accommodating and helped to ensure zero disruption to our plans. Very friendly staff and somewhere I would certainly consider staying again in the future.
