Location Description: In winter, the apartment complex is located in the centre of Austria’s largest skiing area - Ski World Wilder Kaiser-Brixental - with 180 km of ski runs and a total of 93 ski lifts. In addition, guests can enjoy cross-country skiing, toboggan runs and snowboarding.
Rooms: All apartments are equipped with a living room or living-sleeping room as well as a balcony or terrace.
Apartment Type 1 - Daily and final cleaning is performed at an additional cost.
Apartment Type 2 - Daily and final cleaning is performed at an additional cost.
Dining: The prices for breakfast and half board differ for adults and children.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.

By Public Transport:
- Take a bus to Ellmau from either train station Kufstein, Wörgl or

- Innsbruck and Salzburg airport are approximately 90 km away.
