Location Description: In the heart of Austria in the idyllic landscape of the Ausseerland, on a unique plateau location and a wonderful view of the imposing mountain backdrop. Immediately adjacent to one of the loveliest golf courses in the Alps in the summer, and right next to the cross-country trails in the winter.
The cultivation of customs and traditions play a very important role among the inhabitants of the Ausseerland. Chamois-hair hat decoration, the dirndl and lederhosen, dialect, songs, music and dance are naturally a part of it all. Guests find great pleasure to experience first hand such vital customs.
Rooms: The "Comfort Class" rooms are very cosy and provided with wooden furniture and warm colours. They featire a balcony from which our guests have an impressive view of the surrounding mountains. Dining: Gourmet wishes of all kinds are fulfilled in the snug restaurant, which is divided into six cosy rooms. One can fully enjoy the wonderful view of the Dachstein Glacier and the imposing Ausseerland mountains on the restaurant's garden terrace.
A theme buffet alternates with a 4-course menu, as well as a weekly gala dinner, predominantly prepared with healthy, regional products.

Hotel Features. The wellness centre features a sauna, steam bath, gym and indoor swimming pool with a glass roof and spectacular alpine views. Transportation: Getting there. The airport is a 15-20 train journey from Salzburg Hauptbahnhof main railway station. The number 77 bus also runs at regular intervals between the airport and the main railway station. From here guests can catch a train to Bad Aussee. Taxi's are available right outside the airport terminal and charge around 110 EUR to the hotel.
