The concierge was not particularly helpful, won't get a taxi, etc. But overall the rooms were stylish and clean and the food was good. Good value for central London.

We stayed at the London Bridge Hotel recently for 4 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially considering we had 3 bags each and my partner had hurt his back. The rooms were very modern, all with plasma screens. The actual standard room size was quite small, but adequate especially considering the inner city location. This hotel is perfect for access to the city. The breakfast each morning was excellent and both the Borough Bar and the Georgetown service great quality food in the evenings. I would use this hotel again.

This hotel came as a complete surprise for the price and the time of week. This is the best London hotel I have tried in my price range. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Absolutely no negatives at all.

Great hotel, clean, helpful staff and good facilities. It's all of a one minute walk from the tube station. Lots on nice little touches like the iron in the room and also the still AND sparkling water in the room. Internet connectivity available and decent speed to, was able to use my VPN connectivity back to China with no problems.

Excellent hotel. Lovey rooms and round the corner from the tube station. Great hotel if you are going to the O2 for a concert (a couple of stop away on tube). Also breakfast was superb.

The rooms were small and compact but tastefully decorated, furnished and with lots of extras. Excellent location for underground, train and bus services, but with no noise from trains or traffic etc. Approx. 1/2 min walk to London Bridge and a 10 min walk along the Thames Embankment to Tower Bridge also a 10 min tube ride to Oxford street and 10min to Canary Wharf. The breakfast that was included was both continental and full English and was very good. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

Excellent hotel a minutes walk from the tube station. Very pleasant staff, the concierge couldn't do enough for us. Rooms looked recently refurbished and had everything you need, if I had to find fault they were small but we weren't visiting London to stay in the hotel! Breakfast was great too. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has the lot. Very modern chic design and great location. My wife and I were only there for one night but that was enough for the staff and hotel to leave a very good impression on us both. When we arrived unfortunately the non-smoking rooms were not available straight away but we were offered a larger smoking room which we could have. Was able to visit loads of attractions by simply walking to them from this hotel including Tower Bridge, London Dungeons (just round the corner) and the London Eye! Directly opposite the London Bridge train station presents easy access to Londons train, tube, bus and taxi service for those who don't fancy the walk. Booked a continental breakfast but never managed down for it in the morning so I cannot comment on the hotels food. All in all loved the whole experience of staying at this hotle and would again. Highly recommended.

Excellent value for money. Perfect and easy location for public transport and doorway to the City of London. Very quick and swift check-in, was even upgarded (maybe due to anniversary). Room was clean and well presented although view was a bit of a dissapointment. Bed was very nice springy but firm and room decor was sleek and sharp. Breakfast was wonderful although we were booked in for Continental breakfast we could not tell the difference from the more expensive English breakfast. Check out was also swift also given a free newspaper to read on tmy way back. Highly recommended for quality at the right price. Plus the lady staff was very good looking ;)

A comfortable stay in a very clean room. I Have stayed in a lot worse hotels in London and not too many better than this. The room was very quiet and the air conditioning was very welcome on a sticky night.

What a great find!! This little hotel tucked away behind London Bridge station was the ideal base for our few days away. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Tasteful decoration, white company goodies and lovely breakfast were the highlights. The rooms are small but the good points more than made up for the lack of space. Tower Bridge , Southwark Catherdral and the fantastic foodie heaven of Borough market all within easy walking distance. Good value for money when we stayed.

The room was very small for a 'standard' room but very comfortable - bed was great. Breakfast was a feast and location to the Thames & tourist walk was great. Close to tube station.
