Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 3.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Transportation:
Travel from the Promenade to the only roundabout at Gynn Square. Continue north on Promenade, with the sea on your left, and take the third right turn into King Edward Avenue.
Comments:
Please note that the hotel does not cater for large single sex parties, or stag or hen nights.
Over the Easter, May and August Bank Holiday periods, the hotel operates a minimum 2-night booking system.

Bookings cancelled during a guests stay will not be eligible for a refund.
£2.00 per room will be taken for single night bookings
The management reserves the right to cancel a booking with due
