We were here for a function. The food at the function was poor. A slight tweak and it would have been very good. I think it was lack of staff. The staff in the hotel were pleasant, the room was very nice. I left my wallet in the room and they called me to let me know. On the whole despite the function food it was good, almost very good. Don't be frightened of staying here!

Everything about the Hotel was really good except when we arrived they hadnt recieved our reservation, although this was not Novotels fault, it was Gullivers Travel fault as this is who we booked through. The staff at Novotel immediately rang through and got it sorted for us. They were very helpful. But overall the hotel was lovely.

I only stayed for one night but it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is modern and spacious, staff are ultra friendly and helpful and the breakfast was everything you could want. They also serve food until 11pm. All in all, a wonderful experience and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.

Just a bit dissapointed to have to pay to park our car as we didn't have to the last time we stayed, seems to be another way of getting your money for nothing. There was no option but to pay it as there is nowhere else around to park.

Although predominantly a business stay hotel we found it central and ideal for a weekend break. Spacious, quiet and comfortable room with a modern entertainment system. Furnishings were a little tired and the carpet unfortunately stained.

I phoned the hotel on the morning of my arrival to ask for direction. This was clearly given and I found the hotel without having to ask anyone. There is a carpark there which is secure and cost a small fee which is worth it. The staff were mainly foreign and very courteous.

Stayed for a weekend, and had a very pleasant time. Only one mild grumble for the whole weekend the breakfast on the sat morning was warm, however the variety and quality on offer made up it.

Great business hotel with good offer on internet/ TV package that meant easy to plug in and work and play. Room was excellent- good size and very simple and clean. Food was also excellent. Shame that parking is charged as an extra (something that is not made clear) and that it is not on the nice side of the centre- near the station, but not Clifton with its nice bars and shops.
