Our guests range from artists and university graduates, looking for an alternative to big hotel-chains, to business travellers, assembly workers, backpackers, students on a low budget, people visiting their relatives, couples in love, weekend-trippers, families with children and many more. Sightseeing tickets with free pick-up service, Salzburg-Card (all-inclusive card for all sights and public transport) and tickets for concerts and puppet plays are available at the reception desk.
Cancellation Policy: If the deadline is missed or if the guest does not arrive, compensation must be paid: 80% of the room rate in case it was not possible to give the room to somebody else, 20 % if it was possible to rent the room to somebody else.
