Our cosy family hotel is situated near to the town centre. The train station, exhibition centres, cycle route along the Salzach river and the sights of the world culture heritage of Salzburg are quickly and easily reached, either by foot, by bike or by bus.
The hotel has its own carpark for buses and cars as well as a bicycle stand all free of charge for our guests. A garage space is also available on request.
Our multi-lingual and friendly personnel is pleased to help you on your search for cultural experiences as well as answering all your questions.
We offer our hotel guests an exquisit breakfast buffet so that you can start the day in full swing, whether it be in the breakfast room, on the terrace or in your room.

Rooms: THE BEST IS JUST GOOD ENOUGH!
Here you will find a short overview of our lovingly designed rooms and suites.
Our 17 rooms are all unique, each with its own individual feature. Our spacious and comfortable rooms, available as a single or as a double, are equipped with Satellite TV, desk, direct dial telephone, internet connection for your notebook, a bathroom with either bath or shower, WC and hair dryer. Our family rooms are, in addition, equipped with a cosy sitting area and separate WC. Furthermore, we have a “romantic room” with a four poster bed which our guests love.
We would also like to invite you to our tastefully designed lounge where you can sit with friends, colleagues or business clients in a friendly atmosphere away from your room.

Dining: WHERE GOOD FOOD IS NOT A LUXURY!
The restaurant is wonderfully managed by our tenants, the family Piera and Michele Corigliano. In the Restaurant/Trattoria/Pizzeria "Italia" you will find many delicacies from our southern neighbour. Rediscover the Calabrian kitchen and enjoy the cosy ambience.
Enjoy your Lunch or Dinner in our own garden situated under chestnut trees.
For the little ones we also have a play area.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Transportation: By car:
- Exit the motorway at “Salzburg Nord” in the direction of “Zentrum”.
- At the second traffic light turn right and follow the green sign which says “Hotel route”.
- After approximately 300 metres turn right into “Kirchenstrasse” which you should follow in to the “Itzlinger Hauptstrasse”.
- Turn right, after approximately 400 metres you will find our hotel on the left hand side.
- Should you own a GPS system our coordinates are: N 47° 49´60, 2 E 013°02´21,9
From Salzburg train station:
On arrival at the main train station take the public bus number 6 in the direction of "Itzling West" and alight at Plainbrücke, 20 metres opposite you will find our hotel. Travel time is approximately 6 minutes.
From Salzburg airport:
Take the public bus number 2 to the train station, change on to line number 6 and carry on as described above.
By car:
- From the airport drive on the motorway in the direction of “Wien” and exit “Salzburg Nord”, then carry on as described above.

Our hotel is situated north of Salzburg. Approximately 2,5 km from the center (Mozartplatz). The hotel is very good connected by bus number 6 (from train station - hotel - downtown), which runs every 10 minutes and has the busstop infront of the hotel.
Car Parking: You can park your car free of charge in our parking lot and enjoy the relaxing and convenient bus ride into the center of the city.
The busstop is infront of the Hotel and the bus runs every 10 minutes into the center.
