Lovely hotel, very new and clean. The rate given to me at check in was incorrect and it took some time at check out to get the problem resolved. Reception staff not that helpful. Bar staff very friendly

The hotel and surrounding area exceeeded my expectations for the price we paid. The train station of Temple Meads is within walking distance as was the habourside with it's restaurants and bars which is my opinion is the best possibel location. We had a very enjoyable stay and the staff were especially helpful and pleasant during our time there. The breakfasts were of a very good standard (as are all Ramada hotels) but we found the restaurant in the evening struggled to cope under pressure but they apologised for the delays however I would recommend that people visiting check out the harbour for evening meals as it's really worth it!!!

This hotel had great central location and was close to the centre of Bristol and the train station. The room itself was clean and comfortable (even though bed was a little hard). Breakfast was great and I was impressed that as a vegetarian I could have a full hot breakfast with veggie sausages and mushrooms. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is not unique or original but was a great base for exploring Bristol and I would stay there again.

The only thing that lets this hotel down is the swimming pool, its very small. Having said this there is a sauna and steam room which were well recieved.

Excellently placed in the city centre with good parking facilities. Food is excellent even if some of the staff have difficultly taking your order. Things that would help include sky/cable TV, resturant staff having beter grasp of English to understand your order (but their friendly & helpful attitute meant you knew they were doing their best). Other than that an excellent hotel.

Well done in making this last minute booking. This retrieved an incorrect booking that I had made at the Novotel. The Novotel have since offered a credit against this mistake booking which we will gladly use.

Our booking was lost at the check in desk and we had to wait over 1/2 hour to get checkek in - The pool was closed because someone had broke glass in the pool, our morning paper was apparantly pinched and there was no evidence of real customer service throughout the hotel - very disappointing to say the least

The hotel is quite difficult to find, but the interior is very well decorated and rooms are smart and modern. Breakfast is particularly good with high quality fruits, juices and a well above average hot buffet.

We have stayed in this hotel a few times and have always found it to be first class. Rooms are always clean and tidy. The breakfasts are a legend, superb choice and beautifully presented.

Our stay was OK but on arrival the reception was busy and the member of staff, whilst friendly had trouble locating our booking. Whilst in the queue a very angry guest was telling staff of her embarassment in being given a room only to find someone in the room already in bed! The breakfast in the morning was disappointing. Whilst I appreciate that the hotel was reasonably busy a lot of the hot food had run out and at one point a guest had to be assisted by a member of staff to remove a burning piece of toast from the grill! I don't feel that we are likely to stay in a Ramada hotel again which is a shame as with our children now grown up we are looking to benefit from more short breaks away.
