The hotel has 17 rooms in total including 8 family rooms, 7 twin or double rooms and 2 single rooms. All hotel rooms have Satellite television with tea and coffee making facilities. A baby cot can be provided upon request - free of charge. We can accommodate groups of up to 45 people at £30 per person per night. Our hotel aims at satisfying even the most demanding requests. Our famous breakfasts include a variety of fruit, cereals, porridge and a full Scottish breakfast should you wish for one!
Transportation: Waverly Train Station: Please come out of the train station onto Princes Street and walk towards the St James Centre. At the St James centre you will arrive at a large roundabout and a pedestrian crossing. Please cross the road over to Picardy Place, which continues onto Broughton Street.
