Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 29 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.

There is no reception desk at the apartments allowing you to enjoy complete privacy and independence during their stay. Once you have received your confirmation email you will be contacted by phone with automatic check-in instructions for your apartment and a contact number for during your stay.
You will be contacted by the hotel and will be required to give an additional credit card deposit before your arrival for weekend or Christmas bookings which is refundable within 14 days of your departure.
SACO require payment in full prior to guests arrival at the apartments

Head towards Birmingham City Centre- Hagley Road (A456) Continue along Hagley Road until you reach Five Ways roundabout (you will pass SACO on your right opposite the Plough and Harrow) Go all the way around this roundabout and come back on yourself (5th exit)onto Hagley Road again On your left you will pass Highfield Road, you will then see SACO House on your left opposite the Plough and Harrow. There is parking available at the front and rear of the building.
