I found the Hotel in general, a bit run down. I gather its a new venture. I find with most hotels i stay in there is vast room for improvement. It was probably worth 25 that i paid but no more. The food was good and service quite good. Needs a lot of money spending on it. The room i stayed in the bathroom was damp, but i find in most of the hotels now are like this.

Details were wrong, as my room had no internet access (whicch was the reason I booked this hotel) and there was no satalitte tv. My sash window would not close properly which meant I was worried all night and the hotel was basic - ok for one night.

I thought that the hotel was very good value for money given its proximity to the centre of Birmingham.

good value for money, no visitors to rooms which was slightly annoying and breakfast was not very nice, veggie breakfast just normal without sausage n bacon, so i ended up with toast and extra beans! overall clean functional room, you get what you pay for, wouldnt pay more than 65 per night.

During the early hours of the morning a number of drunk young men occupying rooms next to us made a lot of noise. Another customerof the hotel asked them to quieten down, which they did, for only a while before they continued to be noisy again. There were no lights in the morning - presumably fuse had gone. At checkout we told reception about these problems, which were basically ignored. There was no mention of compensation or apology - dreadful customer service. We definitely will not be using the hotel again.
