Wonderful place to stay. The staff was very attentive and helpful and the accomodations were great. The rooms were a little small, but appointed nicely and clean. The British Museum is right there as well as tube stop and bus stops. The restaurant is very good if a bit pricey, but there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. I plan to stay there again. Also Starbucks nearby is a wireless hotspot if you have your laptop with you.

Excellent service, wonderful hotel altogether. The room was not excessively large but very well decorated and the bathroom was spacious and the shower wonderful! There is a terrace overlooking the garden in back where you can get a meal - pre theater menu highly recommended. Good location, just behind the British Museum. Would go back in a flash.

This hotel is ideally situated for most attractions, we walked 10 mins from Kings Cross to the Hotel in Bloomsbury. Later in the evening we walked 15 mins to the West End to find the Aldwych Theatre, very convenient especially for the rate. The staff are very polite and accomodating and the interior of the hotel is very tastefully decorated with attention to finite detail. Breakfast was superb and although we didn't dine in the restaurant, we spoke with other guests who recommended it. A great hotel worthy of several more visits over coming years.

The hotel was very easy to find, just off Russell Square, Bloomsbury, one street away from the British Museum. It was in a very quiet location yet 15 mins walk to China Town, Theatre Land etc. Two minutes walk to bus stops.

THe quality of service in the hotel was fantastic, the staff were friendly and could not do enough to help. The room was spectacularalthough TV channels were limited and internet access was very expensive, why don't all hotels make it free?

The quality of service was excellent and had nice personal touches. The food was good but a little over priced for what you actually get (particularly the pre-theatre meal!) Drinks are also very expensive. The room was very nice and well equipped with toiletries/ hairdryer/ tea and coffee facilities and a complimentary dressing robe to wear during your stay. The room was quite small however.

Excellent hotel, highly recommended. Staff very attentive and helpful from the moment we arrived. Room was very clean and very comfortable. Not huge rooms but it is London. Can't fault the facilities or the standard of the accomodation at all. Location superb, 2 minutes from the British Museum, 5 minutes from the tube & 10 minutes from Oxford St. One very minor point was the room service breakfast was incorrect both times. We would still go back without any hesitation. Great.

I stayed with my sister and we found the Hotel Staff excellent. The Hotel is lovely and is in a great location. The first room we were given was a double room and was small so we were move to a twin room which was much better.

The staff at this hotel were superb. From the moment we arrived they catered for our every need. It seemed like there were more staff than guests, even though the hotel was busy, they were very efficient and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends and I will certainly be staying here again.

This is a hotel which prides itself on providing customer care, which can be a little intrusive if you just want to relax after business. On the other hand, it makes a refreshing change to be chased by the staff to see if everything is suitable for your needs!

The staff were some of the most welcoming i have ever come across. The food at The Blue Door was excellent, again with superb service. Our standard room was a little bit small, but still very comfortable and clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. Real value for money. Thanks

The hotel was ideally situated for Covent Garden and the West End, both being within walking distance. Situated on a side street next to the British Museum, there was very little traffic and no noise. The hotel decor was classy and the staff could not do enough for us. They were friendly without being intrusive. Our room was nicely furnished, if slightly on the small side, but equipped with everything we needed. Our weekend break came with a complimentary bottle of champagne, which was much appreciated, especially as the drinks in the bar were expensive. Definitely worth a second visit.

Greeting service excellent.Room very comfortable & well decorated.Food in therestaurant very good -portions smallish but plentiful supply of specialty breads offered- included 2 vegetarian options which my discerning daughter admitted were delicious!Autumn package including a 2 course meal & breakfast was good value for 129 for 2 for 1 night but a glass of wine & bottle of water to accompany meal a bit pricy at 11.A show was recommended & good seats effortlessly arranged by very proffesional staff &everyone seemed generally pleasant &helpful. Atmosphere -special
