Overview: Our house is located on a quiet and bright place in the very heart of Vienna, just two streets away from St Stephens Cathedral and many other attractions.
We offer comfortable rooms that have a traditional style with modern touches. We are situated within walking distance to most museums and major sights such as Hofburg and the Opera and the shopping areas of Kärntner Strasse, Graben and Kohlmarkt. Three underground lines and the CAT (City Airport Train) are close by.
Rooms: Our spacious studios (approximately 37 m²) are equipped with a kitchenette, a bath with shower and a separate toilet. The apartments (approximately 55 m²) have two rooms, the kitchen as a separate room and an additional locker room.
Broadband/Wi-Fi (WLAN) is complimentary. LAN-Cables can be provided for your laptop.
Some rooms may have a washing machine/dish washer.
Apartment - In addition to the listed facilities, the apartment features a sofa, a table, a cupboard, a bedroom with double bed and a kitchen with stove/oven, sink, cutlery and dishes.
Studio - The studio includes a room with sofa, table, cupboard and double bed. There is a kitchenette either in the room or in the anteroom, with stove/oven, sink, water-heater, cutlery and dishes.
Dining: We do not offer breakfast buffet or restaurant service but to start a day we deliver a generously breakfast to your room. The in-room kitchen is equipped with everything you will need.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 15.00 per person.
Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 20.00 per day.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Transportation: Centrally located at the underground lines U1, U3 and U4 as well as to CAT (City-Airport-Train / City Air Terminal).
By car:
From the West (Salzburg, Germany):
- Enter Vienna from A1 highway and go straight to the Centre (Zentrum).
- Follow the road and pass Karlsplatz, Schwarzenbergplatz and Konzerthaus.
- At the Hotel Intercontinental turn left and cross the Ring-Strasse.
- After the second block turn right, go three blocks and after Hotel Palais Coburg turn left, again left, shortly right and then on the second block right.
From the East (Hungary, Slovakia):
- Enter Vienna from A4 highway and follow the road up to Urania.
- Turn left to Ring-Strasse and stay until Stadtpark.
- On Liebenberggasse (one block from Marriott & Best Western) turn right and at the end turn left, shortly right and then on the second block right.
From the South (Graz, Klagenfurt, Slovenia, Italy):
- Enter Vienna from A2 highway and change to A23.
- Keep on going on A23 for 10 Minutes (or more due to traffic) and take the Exit at A4 towards Centre (Zentrum).
- Follow directions for From the East.
From the North (Czech Republic):
- Enter Vienna and follow the signs Zentrum (Center).
- On Franz Josefs-Kai keep going towards Urania.
- Turn left and Ring Strasse beginns.
- Keep on going to Stadtpark and follow directions for From the East.
By Plane:
Vienna International Airport Wien Schwechat (vie). Take the City Air Train (CAT) from the airport to Bahnhof Landstrasse Wien-Mitte. Operating times are between 05:38 and 23.08 every 30 minutes. Then two stations on U3 (orange, westbound towards Ottakring), leave at Stephansplatz station.
By Train:
Wien Südbahnhof: Take the tram O, 18 or the Bus 69A one station to Südtiroler Platz, then take U1 (red, northbound towards Leopoldau) three stations and leave at Stephansplatz station.
Wien Westbahnhof: Take U3 (orange, eastbound towards Simmering) five stations and leave at Stephansplatz station.
- At Stephansplatz station (U1/U3) take the exit at Kärntner Strasse and go down Singerstrasse (Humanic Shoe shop) four blocks, then turn left.
